Position Summary

As a Community & Partnerships Executive, you will responsible for strengthening relationships between the school and its wider community, developing strategic partnerships, supporting parent engagement initiatives, and coordinating key recruitment and community events.

The role serves as an important bridge between the school, families, community organisations, business partners, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help build trust, visibility, advocacy, and referral opportunities that contribute to student recruitment, retention, and school reputation.

This role combines community development, partnership building, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Parent & Community Engagement


  • Support the development of parent ambassador programmes.

  • Strengthen relationships with parent representatives and parent communities.

  • Coordinate parent engagement initiatives and networking opportunities.

  • Support community-building activities that enhance family experience and belonging.

  • Assist in gathering parent feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Partnership Development


  • Build and maintain relationships with external organisations and community partners.

  • Support partnerships with:

  • Preschools

  • Corporate organisations

  • Embassies

  • Chambers of Commerce

  • Community groups

  • Residential communities

  • Family-oriented businesses

  • Identify opportunities for collaboration that support student recruitment and brand awareness.


Events Coordination


  • Coordinate marketing and admissions events, including:

  • Open Days

  • Coffee Mornings

  • Parent Information Sessions

  • Community Events

  • Recruitment Events

  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.

  • Support event planning, logistics, communication, and follow-up activities.


Referral & Community Growth


  • Support referral and ambassador programmes.

  • Track participation and engagement within community initiatives.

  • Assist in developing strategies to strengthen parent advocacy and referrals.

  • Support activities that increase community awareness of the school.


Internal Coordination


  • Coordinate with Admissions, Academic Teams, Operations, and Marketing colleagues.

  • Assist in collecting information and supporting communication between departments.

  • Ensure community and partnership activities are aligned with school priorities.


Administrative Support


  • Maintain partnership records and contact databases.

  • Track event participation and engagement.

  • Support reporting on community and partnership activities.

  • Assist with communication and follow-up after events and meetings


Professional Contribution


  • Promote the values and reputation of the school within the community.

  • Represent the school professionally at events and meetings.

  • Support safeguarding and child protection requirements.

  • Contribute positively to the school’s culture and collaborative working environment.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities.


Pastoral & Safeguarding


  • Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times as part of your professional duty.

  • Act consistently in the best interests of children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and holistic development.


Professional Contribution


  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve the school’s shared goals and vision.

  • Engage actively in professional development, training, and performance review processes.

  • Contribute to school policies, improvement initiatives, and the maintenance of standards across the school.

  • Interact in a professional manner at all times: be open, respectful, and flexible while upholding and promoting the values of RGSPP.

  • Model and adhere to the RGSPP Code of Conduct and professional expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations, Education, or a related field.

  • Ability to establish trust and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

  • Ability to organise and deliver events effectively.

  • Commitment to creating positive experiences for families and partners.

  • Strong planning and administrative skills.

  • Comfortable working with diverse international communities.
