Campus Project Coordinator

Position Summary

To support the Head of Operations in managing construction-related projects, facility upgrades, and campus infrastructure improvements. This role ensures that all campus development initiatives are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the school’s standards and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and scheduling of campus construction and renovation projects.

  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report updates to the Head of Campus Operations.


2. Facility Improvement & Maintenance Support

  • Identify areas for facility improvement and propose solutions.

  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.


3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of project plans, permits, contracts, and inspections.

  • Ensure all construction and facility activities meet local regulatory standards.

  • Assist in preparing reports for audits and board reviews.


4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments to minimize disruption during construction or maintenance.

  • Communicate project timelines and impacts to school staff and leadership.

  • Support logistics and operational planning for new facility usage.


5. Health & Safety Oversight

  • Monitor contractor safety practices and ensure adherence to school policies.

  • Participate in emergency preparedness and risk assessments related to construction zones.
