Position Summary

Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to support the admissions process and promote the school’s values to prospective families. The Admissions Officer will serve as a key point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the inquiry and enrollment process with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Inquiry Management

  • Respond to all inquiries and follow-up questions via the Telegram channel within the agreed timeframe, maintaining timely and professional communication with parents and prospective families.

  • Welcome walk-in parents and visitors to the school with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding the school, including admission requirements, payment processes and terms, and any applicable service fees.

  • Guide prospective families through the entire application process, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and submitted.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective families at each stage of the admissions process to ensure timely progression.

  • Conduct engaging and informative school tours, ensuring each family feels welcomed, valued, and impressed by the school’s values, environment, and offerings.

  • Make sure to send the satisfaction survey to the parents after their visit to keep improving internal process.

  • Contact new leads provided by the marketing team and request them to complete the inquiry form on OpenApply.

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Openapply system.

·       Prepare necessary document for parents.

·       Maintain and update Application status tracking on daily basis

  • Submit a formal request to the administrative team for office stationery supplies

  • Conduct daily checks of brochures and informational materials to ensure adequate stock is available for distribution to parents.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment events such as open houses, school fairs, and other outreach activities.

Family Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, building trust-based relationships through transparency, and consistent communication.

  • Provide personalized support to guide families through the admissions process, ensuring clarity on school offerings, curriculum, fees, and procedures.

Assessment Coordination

  • Draft and distribute offer or rejection letters to families through official communication channels, including email and the OpenApply system.

  • Send timely reminders via email or phone calls to follow up with families regarding registration and acceptance fee deadlines.

  • Request payment confirmations from parents via Telegram and validate transactions with the Finance Team.
